Jess here, stepping in for Eva, with a rogue Friday email to let you know that Eurostar have just announced a sale for train travel between London, Paris, Lille, Brussels, Amsterdam and Rotterdam, with tickets as low as £35/$52 each way.

If you're trying to get to any of those places during your London visit, this is a GREAT time to book your train travel.

Important: This is a "book sooner rather than later" deal as the best discounts on the best trains and times ALWAYS go fast, so don't sleep on this one.

The crucial info to know:

• For journeys between London and Paris, Lille, or Brussels between 14 January and 03 April 2025, AND...
• From London to Amsterdam or Rotterdam between 14 January and 28 March 2025.
• The sale ends at 11pm London time on 9th of January.

You can book via the Eurostar site (which has been crashing all morning for me, VERY typical 🙄) BUT....

You can get an extra 10% off 😱

If you book your Eurostar tickets through the Omio app, you can get an extra 10% off with code APPTRAVEL25 (this also applies to ANY train bookings actually!)

The discount only applies up to 100 euros, for first time customers, and through their mobile app. But if there's two or more of you travelling, you can buy tickets separately and all use the discount code to max out the savings if your basket goes over €100 (or the equivalent).

This discount code end doesn't expire until March 31st so hang onto this email in case you want to use it another time.

How to find the cheapest seats/journeys:

As I write this, because it's early in the sale (and the site keeps crashing), there are £35/$52 seats available almost every day of the sale period (AFTER 15th of Jan... not much last minute). This is across all routes mentioned above, with the exception of the limited availability of trains for the Amsterdam and Rotterdam routes.
